Divira River Retreat maintains a clear and guest-friendly cancellation structure to ensure easy understanding of charges:

• Beyond 30 days before check-in: 10% of the booking amount.
• 16 to 30 days before check-in: 20% of the booking amount.
• 7 to 15 days before check-in: 30% of the booking amount.
• 3 to 6 days before check-in: 50% of the booking amount.
• 2 days or less before check-in: 100% (No refund).
• No-Show: No refund provided.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed following the deductions mentioned in the cancellation terms:

• Eligible refunds will be initiated within 10 working days from the date of approval.
• Refunds will be credited only to the original payment source.
• Processing duration may vary depending on the bank or payment partner.
